Carla Helmstadter, VP of East Valley Operations

Carla joined AAM in 2005 as a community manager and soon was promoted to the position of East Valley Regional Manager, a title she held for four years as the head of AAM’s East Valley satellite office.

As Vice President of East Valley Operations, Carla continues to monitor AAM’s presence in the East Valley and its management of the region’s most prominent communities.

A proud East Valley resident, Carla is a 12-year veteran of the HOA management industry and spent a decade managing multi-family properties prior to that. She holds the Certified Arizona Association Manager (CAAM®) professional designation through the Arizona Association of Community Managers (AACM).
