AAM is a neighborhood management company that's committed to doing its part for the environment. Our internal Environment Committee is constantly on the lookout for ways to integrate green practices into our workplace and opportunities to communicate helpful environmentally friendly tips to our employees and neighborhood association members. Working together, we have developed practices designed to save time, money, paper and gasoline.

At the heart of our environmental conservation efforts is the strong belief that a neighborhood management company should be responsible for the way it manages its resources - both natural and man-made. Our use of technology and electronic systems has saved thousands of sheets of paper by preparing our monthly association financial statements electronically and delivering them via email. We also provide an Energy Management Module that helps our neighborhood associations save hundreds of dollars in energy and water costs. Our internal paperless accounting practices further demonstrate that we are a neighborhood management company that cares not just about the neighborhood associations we manage, but about the greater community in which we all live.
