Florida Celebrates Grand Opening

AAM (Associated Asset Management) is growing in Florida. The community management company, one of the most respected in America, recently expanded operations into Florida from its Arizona headquarters and now manages a variety of homeowner associations ranging from a 212-unit traditional community to a 5800-unit highly-amenitized, lifestyle-rich active adult community. The company recently celebrated its office grand opening and moved into a new 2,500 square foot space at the Atrium Tower, 7680 Universal Boulevard in Orlando.

“AAM’s dedication to customer service and resident communication, combined with technology and financial expertise has allowed our company to grow quite quickly in Florida,” noted Kraig Carmickle, CAM®, AAM Regional Manager of Florida Operations. AAM now employs 64 people in the Orlando area. "There are quality growth opportunities here for our company," he noted.

The company provides a wide range of community management services for both developer-controlled and homeowner-controlled associations including annual budgets, cash flow forecasting, financial statement preparation, assessment billing and collections, architectural review, compliance, oversight of landscape maintenance contracts, facility maintenance, neighborhood events, resident communication, and website administration.

The company embraces a theme of “Creating a Better America One Neighborhood at a Time.” For AAM it’s more than a motto, it’s a core value. “We believe that neighborhoods are the building blocks of successful communities, cities and our country, and that helping families go home to an environment that helps them thrive is an important contribution,” said Amanda Shaw, AAM President. Part of that includes fostering a sense of community by connecting people in the neighborhoods. “Builders build the houses, but people create a home,” said Shaw.
