AAM 2014 Nominations for the AACM Guiding Excellence in Management (G.E.M.) Awards

We have exciting news to share!  This year Jaynee Ashmun, Paula Kennedy and Patti Russo were nominated for AACM Guiding Excellence in Management (G.E.M.) Awards.  These prestigious awards recognize the individual efforts of CAAM certified managers and CAASP support professionals who have made a contribution above and beyond the normal course of their duties to their associations and companies and who support AACM and its goals.

We are thrilled to announce that Paula Kennedy was a Finalist in the Manager of the Year – Level 1 (1-300 Units) category and that Patti Russo was the Winner of the Rising G.E.M Award (Manager with less than 2 years of industry experience)!

The award categories were designed to offer recognition for community managers who consistently demonstrate excellence in all that they do;  who go above and beyond for their communities with higher standards of professionalism and passion for their communities at all times; and who promote our industry in a positive manner.
