Kathy Johnson, VP of West Valley Operations

Kathy Johnson is AAM’s Vice President of West Valley Operations. She jokes that she started stuffing envelopes at AAM in 1999 as a temp and never left.

By Kathy’s own estimation, she has done nearly every job at the company, including filling in for vacationing accounting staffers and the receptionist during her early days at AAM. She also has served as an Assistant Community Manager, Community Manager, Area Manager and Regional Director.

As Vice President of West Valley Operation, she oversees AAM’s management of the region’s most prominent communities. She also is a West Valley resident.

Kathy holds the Certified Arizona Association Manager (CAAM®) professional designation from the Arizona Association of Community Managers (AACM), along with the Certified Manager of Community Associations (CMCA) and Association Management Specialist (AMS) professional designations from the Community Association Institute (CAI).
