Kevin Hearty, VP of On-Site Operations

Kevin Hearty is AAM’s Vice President of On-Site Operations. He has played several important roles with the company, including serving over two years as the Executive Director of the Anthem Community Council, where he was responsible for managing the council’s daily operations, assisting Board members and supervising all independent contractors.

As Vice President of On-Site Operations, Kevin serves as a resource to all of AAM’s on-site employees, including community managers and lifestyle directors. A 17-year veteran of the community management industry, he also is a Certified Arizona Association Manager (CAAM®) and is an approved instructor for the Arizona Association of Community Managers (AACM).
