Kim Olson - VP of Developer Services

Vice President of Developer Services Kim Olson has seen the HOA industry from almost every angle. Her first experience came while working in the late 1990s for a Valley homebuilder. She later moved on to holding Board positions in Declarant-controlled communities and setting up Associations from the developer side.

It's this type of experience that makes her such a valuable asset to AAM and its clients.

Olson joined AAM in February 2007 and served as a Document Specialist and Director of Development Services prior to being promoted to Vice President of Business Development in January 2009. Two years later, she was promoted once more, this time to her current position.

Olson's interaction with developers includes working with them through every step necessary to establish a homeowners association. She also assists developers who are purchasing lots in existing Associations and continues to lend a hand to developer Boards of Directors during their Declarant-control periods. As the point of contact for questions from Declarant boards, developers and builders, she is skilled at providing the direction they need.

Olson holds the Certified Arizona Association Manager (CAAM) designation from the Arizona Association of Community Managers (AACM), and is a member of the Homebuilders Association of Central Arizona.
