Nancy Larson, Executive VP of Operations/Human Resources

Since joining AAM in 1996 as Executive Assistant to the President, Nancy Larson has been promoted to the positions of Office Manager and most recently, Executive Vice President of Operations/Human Resources. As her title suggests, Nancy is directly responsible for the firm's daily operations, as well as developing and implementing a wide range of employee policies and procedures. Her organization of company systems ensures a smooth flow of personnel communication, and she is responsible for recruiting new employees to both AAM and the communities it manages.

Nancy attended University of Colorado and University of Northern Colorado. In addition, Nancy is a designated Certified Arizona Association Manager (CAAM) by the Arizona Association of Community Managers (AACM).
