  • Conducting regular physical maintenance inspections
  • Maintenance and property upkeep
  • Assisting and educating boards of directors and committees
  • Compliance and knowledge of evolving state and federal laws related to Associations
  • Handling transfer of ownership on resale units
  • Providing 24-hour emergency service
