AAM opened its doors in 1990 under the direction of Laura Ziff, a former educator and real estate banking professional who sensed a need to "raise the bar" in terms of integrity and customer service in the homeowners association management field. With just herself and one employee, Laura and her new firm set out to establish the gold standard for homeowners association management professionalism, quality, education and leadership.
Today, AAM employs 245 people, manages more than 325 homeowners associations throughout Arizona and New Mexico, and is celebrating our 20th year in business. True to Laura's original vision, AAM is a homeowners association management company dedicated to delivering total peace of mind to the boards of directors and homeowners in the communities it manages.
