Laura Ziff
Laura Ziff is the CEO of AAM, a 20-year old association management firm headquartered in Phoenix, Arizona. With more than 20 years experience in property management, she has been involved in all aspects of the industry, from serving as a vice president in the real estate department of a bank to sales and leasing and hands on community management.
Prior to founding AAM, Laura gained tremendous experience working with leading financial institutions in the Phoenix metropolitan area, which eventually led her to establish her own community management firm. Her goal was to "raise the bar" in terms of integrity and customer service, which is evident in the quality and professionalism of the firm today.
Laura worked as an educator for nearly a decade before changing her career path to community management. She continues to use her teaching skills to enhance the education level of her staff and clients as it relates to Association management and building stronger communities.
