Vicki is the Vice President of Customer Service. She has been in the homeowners industry for 25 years. She began managing homeowner associations in 1989. She has been with AAM for 17 years and now manages 5 departments with 30+ employees.

Sears holds several professional designations, including CAAM (Certified Arizona Association Manager) from the Arizona Association of Community Managers, as well as AMS (Association Management Specialist) and CMCA (Certified Manager of Community Associations) from the Community Association Institute.
