Steena Stencil, Vice President of Development Services, has been involved in property development, real estate and management for more than 20 years. Since she joined AAM in 1997 as a Community Manager, she has served as an On-Site Manager of a Del Webb active adult community, On-Site Manager of large master planned communities, an Area Manager and most recently as Director of Special Projects.
Steena provides support, consultation services, education and training to our clients as well as our managers. She meets regularly with our developer clients to ensure the needs of both the Associations and clients are being met. As co-chair of the Education Committee for AACM (Arizona Association of Community Managers), and she writes and teaches continuing education course material for AACM, among her other duties.
Steena holds a number of professional designations, including PCAM (Professional Community Association Manager) and AMS (Association Management Specialist) from the Community Association Institute, CAAM (Certifier Arizona Association Manager) from the Arizona Association of Community Managers, as well as a degree in Criminal Justice.
