Neighborhood Association Management Includes Caring About Our Community

As one of Arizona's leading neighborhood association management firms, creating a strong sense of community has been one of our top priorities. Not only are we active members within the neighborhood associations we manage, but we are active members of the community as a whole. We enthusiastically believe that neighborhood association management includes caring about our community, and regularly demonstrate that belief by contributing to charitable organizations that help our community grow and become stronger:

Thank you letters from our communities:

We would sincerely like to share our appreciation to Associated Asset Management as represented by you with your recent donation in our names to St. Mary's Food Bank in April! It is great to know that AAM cares to recognize and help such an organization in need of additional support.

As volunteers to serve our community, we work noticed or not but such recognition does help drive us forward in goals to keep our community thriving. AAM staff and our community manager, Rahul Bhatt have been a great team to work with and a huge help as we transitioned the HOA to homeowner control last October!

With Gratitude,

Pecan Creek South HOA

Just a short note to thank you for your letter regarding "Celebrating People in Action." Although it is early in my tenure as a Board member at Biltmore Greens, I am hopeful that the experience will prove useful and meaningful. Thus far, I have been very impressed with your company's overall concern for the wellbeing of our association and with the diligence and hard work by Scott Ring.

Many thanks for the contribution to St. Mary's Food Bank and for your company's good work. I look forward to meeting you sometime.

Best regards,

George R. King

Thank you sincerely for your donation to the Yavapai Food Bank in my name. This gesture was a total surprise, undeserved I'm sure, but a most pleasurable honor - and I am indeed flattered that you and your firm considered me worthy of such recognition along with the others you selected. As far as my personal feelings about volunteering, I can only say I do what seems natural for me. If people don't care enough to get involved, they deserve the fate that may befall them.

It has been my pleasure to work with the folks in your Prescott office, and I also thank them for suggesting me to be so recognized - I'm sure they had something to do with it!

Sincerely
