Vicki Sears, VP of Customer Service

Vicki Sears, AAM's Vice President of Customer Service, is a 20-year real estate industry veteran. She joined AAM in 1998 and has served as the company's Training Manager, an Area Manager and most recently, as Director of Community Services. As Vice President of Customer Service, she is responsible for ensuring that homeowner issues are handled effectively and efficiently.
Vicki believes that customer service is at the heart of all successful companies. "Every day is a new opportunity to take customer service to a higher level," she says. "Taking time to educate each homeowner and explain to them why certain processes are necessary in the operation of an association leads to great customer service."
Vicki has a business degree from Northern Arizona University and holds several professional designations, including CAAM (Certified Arizona Association Manager) from the Arizona Association of Community Managers, as well as AMS (Association Management Specialist) and CMCA (Certified Manager of Community Associations) from the Community Association Institute.
