In 2014, AAM followed a large developer client and established our Detroit area office in Grand Blanc, Michigan. Our MI office was opened by a seasoned AAM employee excited to bring AAM’s dedication to delivering total peace of mind to the Detroit area. Since then, we have continued to expand and grow our operations as more and more Associations in Michigan have learned about the AAM difference and chosen to join the AAM family.

We offer a wide array of professional services to handle every need of an HOA, from answering homeowner questions, collecting assessments, overseeing operations to providing support to homeowners and Associations in the Detroit/ Grand Blanc area.

Shelley Reith, Vice President of Michigan Operations

Shelley began her tenure with AAM in 2004 as a Community Manager for a large on-site active adult community. In 2013, Shelley Reith was hand selected to start-up and head the Michigan office, bringing her impressive management experience of large on-site, active adult communities and more than 30 years of customer service experience with over 12 of those years specializing in community management to the Greater Detroit metropolitan area. She holds her CAAM® designation with the Arizona Association of Community Managers and she was honored to be recognized as AACM’s Manager of the Year in 2013.
