HOA Management in NC

Associated Asset Management (AAM) announced it has been awarded management contracts for a 650-unit active adult community by AV Homes and a 1000+ unit Trilogy active adult community by Shea Homes. The contracts involve providing community management and accounting services in Durham and Charlotte, NC. The latest assignment adds to AAM's existing portfolio of communities in the Southeast - including AV Homes' premier resort community Solivita in Kissimmee, FL.

In just the last 12 months, AAM has more than doubled the number of states in which they provide services, from three states to seven states. The company currently manages over 575 communities totaling 200,000+ units.
