AAM is Celebrating 30 Years of Service & Leadership
As we enter the New Year, not only does it mark the start of a new decade but also AAM’s 30th Anniversary. Established in 1990, AAM is proud to celebrate 30th years of being an industry leader and trusted community management partner.
AAM was founded in Arizona by Laura Ziff, AAM’s CEO, who saw a need to raise the bar in HOA Management. Her strong background in real estate, finance and customer service gave AAM the solid foundation to consistently provide professional, community driven association management.
Today, AAM manages over 776 homeowners associations spread across eleven states and employs over 718 professionals. With the same core principles guiding us today, AAM is dedicated to delivering total peace of mind by giving our Board members and communities the very best management experience, with a focus on customer service, communication, and technology.
