We are about halfway through the 2016 Legislative Session. Friday, March 18th is an important deadline because without special exception and bills assigned to an Appropriation's Committee, bills not heard in the committee of the second chamber will be considered dead.

Status: 3/3 Passed House 34-23; ready for the Senate.

Status: 3/7 Referred to Senate Commerce and Workforce Development.

Status: 3/1 House COW approved with floor amendment #4691 and amendment #4692.
