March 24, 2016 Arizona HOA Legislation Update #7

We are about halfway through the 2016 Legislative Session. Friday, March 18th  is an important deadline because without special exception and bills assigned to an Appropriation's Committee, bills not heard in the committee of the second chamber will be considered dead.

Below is the list of HOA specific bills and their most current status updates.
