May 12, 2016 Arizona HOA Legislation Update #13

On May 7, 2016, the Second Regular Session of Arizona's 52nd Legislature adjourned Sine Die. Any legislation still awaiting action by Governor Doug Ducey must be signed or vetoed by May 19, 2016, or will automatically become law.

A bill that the Governor allows to become law is effective on August 6, 2016, unless the bill contains a delayed effective date, emergency clause (effective immediately) or is an appropriation bill (effective immediately).
