2020 Arizona Legislative Update - Session Adjourned
The 54th Legislature, 2nd Regular Session, adjourned Sine Die at 11:21 A.M. on Tuesday, May 26, 2020. The General Effective date when new laws from this session will take effect is Tuesday, August 25, 2020.
Of the HOA Priority Bills that were tracked, the following two were considered by the House last week, Senate Bill 1001 and Senate Bill 1412. Neither bill was successfully passed by the House. SB1001 failed to pass the House Government Committee. Although SB1412 was passed by the House Government Committee, it was not considered by the House Rules Committee.
