The G.E.M. Awards are an esteemed group of HOA management industry recognitions designed to honor and celebrate the extraordinary effort and commitment of Community Managers and other industry staff who are nominated by their peers and the communities they serve.

The Manager of the Year award categories, On-Site/Large Scale and Portfolio, offer recognition to Community Managers who consistently demonstrate a higher level of professionalism, who go above and beyond for their communities and have mastered the ability to manage successful and thriving HOAs. AAM's On-Site Community Manager Jennifer Thomasson and Portfolio Community Manager Diana Ebertshauser were both awarded Manager of the Year for their respective community type category.

The Instructor of the Year award acknowledges an AACM educational program instructor who is engaging, knowledgeable and inspires professionalism within the industry. AAM's Vice President of Client Services, Lori Loch-Lee, earned this award.

"I am honored to work side by side with some of the community management industry's most talented and professional individuals and couldn't be more proud of their accomplishments," said Amanda Shaw, President of AAM. "The G.E.M. Awards are a token of applause to the contributions and impact our employees have made to the betterment of our industry, as well as the commitment and dedication to the communities, Board members and homeowners they serve."
