AAM Welcomes Greg Franks The New VP of Developer Services in the Southeastern Division
Associated Asset Management (AAM), a nationally recognized leader in community association management, developer services and accounting services for clients throughout the United States, welcomes Greg Franks as their new Vice President of Developer Services to drive their developer services division in the Southeastern United States.
With the continuing influx of residential development throughout the Southeastern United States, AAM recognized the immediate need to expand their Developer Services Division by adding a layer of local leadership to help better serve some of the nation's leading developers. Acquiring the talents of Greg Franks as VP of Developer Services, AAM is fully equipped to accommodate the growing demand for professional association management and consulting services for developer community partnerships in the Southeastern United States.
With over a decade of industry experience, Greg Franks collectively brings AAM his extensive knowledge and experience of overseeing and managing developer-controlled communities. Prior to joining AAM, Franks' diverse background included operational management, asset management totaling over one billion dollars, as well as quality assurance expertise regarding construction concerns in developed communities. Operating out of Denver, North Carolina, Franks will be responsible for promoting AAM's management and developer services to new clients in the Southeastern United States.
