AAM Gives Back

"AAM Gives Back" is the cornerstone of AAM's 20th Anniversary celebration, in which executives and employees pledged to support local food banks over 20 months. Starting January 2010 and wrapping up in Sept 2011, AAM executives and employees have supported Arizona food banks with a grand total of $84,045 in cash, which includes $20,000 in corporate funds, a $5,000 holiday-gift donation made last year on behalf of AAM's developer clients and homeowner boards throughout Arizona and fund raising by employees.

A different AAM department each month was charged with creating a fundraiser or food drive for a local food bank. Creative fund-raising ideas have included peanut butter-and-jelly drives, spice drives, movie-in-the-park nights, carnivals, casino days, silent auctions, pancake breakfasts, scooter races, cake walks and Christmas ornament sales, among other activities.

AAM is proud to report current totals, donated to local food banks:

  • $84,045.00 in Corporate, Employee, and Sponsor Donations
  • 8,767 Cans of Food
  • 1,600 Bottles of Water
