Albuquerque's HOA Management Partner
You volunteered to serve your community. The least we can do is make that easier. AAM's 24-person Albuquerque team manages 30 New Mexico communities, with the local knowledge of a neighbor and the infrastructure of a national leader.
Expert HOA Management Services Across Greater Albuquerque
Serving the greater Albuquerque area means more than knowing the zip code; it means understanding the unique character of New Mexico communities. At AAM, our Albuquerque office brings together a dedicated team of 24 professionals managing 30 communities across single-family neighborhoods, condominium associations, and master-planned communities throughout the region.
Whether your community is nestled in the North Valley, growing rapidly in Rio Rancho, or situated in the high desert of Santa Fe, AAM tailors every management plan to fit the specific needs, governing documents, and goals of your association. We’re not a one-size-fits-all operation; we’re your local partner.
For HOA Board Members, that means less time managing vendors, chasing violations, or reconciling financials, and more time focused on what matters most: building a community your residents are proud to call home.
AAM offers a complete suite of HOA management services designed to support every aspect of your association, from day-to-day operations to long-range financial planning. Our Albuquerque team is equipped to handle it all, so your Board can govern with confidence.

Why Albuquerque HOA Boards Choose AAM
HOA Boards across Albuquerque have more management options than ever — national brands, regional firms, and local independents all compete for your community’s business. Here’s what sets AAM apart in the New Mexico market.
A Local Team That Knows New Mexico
AAM’s Albuquerque office is staffed by 24 professionals who live and work in this community. You’ll work with a dedicated community manager, not a rotating contact at a national call center. Your manager understands the difference between an Albuquerque xeriscaping dispute and a Rio Rancho deed restriction issue. That local fluency isn’t something you can replicate from a remote office.
30 Communities. Counting.
With 30 communities currently under management in the greater Albuquerque region, AAM brings a level of operational experience that matters. We’ve seen what works, and what fails, in New Mexico HOA governance. That institutional knowledge protects your community from the costly mistakes that come with inexperienced management.
Transitions Done Right
Most Boards that approach AAM are switching from a management company that let them down. We’ve designed our transition process specifically for that situation. Within 60 days, we’ll have your records transferred, your vendors notified, your homeowner portal live, and your Board operating with full financial visibility through BoardVue. We don’t just promise a smooth transition, we document the process so you can hold us to it.
Ready to Give Your Community the Management It Deserves?
Albuquerque HOA Boards choose AAM because they want a management partner that shows up, locally, professionally, and consistently. If you’re ready to find out what that looks like for your community, our team is one conversation away.
Complete the proposal request form and a member of our Albuquerque team will be in touch within one business day. No obligation. No pressure. Just a real conversation about whether AAM is the right fit.
