Kat Boswell

Regional Director

Joining our AAM Tucson team in 2015, Kat Boswell has held a variety of positions including Community Manager, Area Manager and currently the Regional Director of our Tucson Operations. Bringing to AAM over 15 years of property management experience including government housing, student housing, apartment complexes and single-family homes, as well as over 20 years of customer service expertise, Kat is well-versed in the community management industry and provides valuable direction and guidance to her team.

Additionally, Kat holds both her CAAM designation from AACM along with an AMS and CMCA designation from CAI.

Ken Inskeep

Area Manager

Ken Inskeep brings over 30 years of construction management experience, along with nearly 15 years in community association management. Currently serving as Area Manager at AAM, Ken oversees portfolio and on-site communities, provides leadership to operational teams, and supports Board members and homeowners with financial oversight, governance guidance, and strategic planning.

Ken joined AAM in 2009 and has held multiple leadership roles, including Community Manager and Regional Director of New Mexico Operations. His prior career spans leadership positions with Genesee Homes, Lennar-US Homes, and D.R. Horton, where he served as Superintendent, Project Manager, Vice President of Customer Service & Quality Control, and ultimately Vice President of Construction & Customer Service. His depth of expertise includes residential and commercial construction, land development, and managing developer-controlled communities.

Ken holds the CAAM designation through AACM and has completed studies in Construction Management through Pima Community College and the University of Arizona.

Tom Gordon

Regional Vice President

Tom began his career with AAM in 2011. Bringing with him over 20 years of property management experience, he has expertise in managing a wide array of properties, including malls, retail centers, commercial properties, warehouses, medical office buildings, and high-rise condominiums. Given his vast community management knowledge, passion for the industry, and ability to build lasting client partnerships, he was quickly promoted from Community Manager to Area Manager to Regional Director, and most recently to Vice President of Tempe Operations.

Tom is a Certified Arizona Association Manager (CAAM) through the Arizona Association of Community Managers (AACM) and has also been nominated for their coveted GEM (Guided Excellence in Management) Award.
