Tucson Leadership
Joining our AAM Tucson team in 2015, Kat Boswell has held a variety of positions including Community Manager, Area Manager and most recently the Regional Director of our Tucson Operations. Bringing to AAM over 15 years of property management experience including government housing, student housing, apartment complexes and single-family homes, as well as over 20 years of customer service expertise, Kat is well-versed in the community management industry and provides valuable direction and guidance to her team.
Additionally, Kat holds both her CAAM designation from AACM and CMCA designation from CAI.
Originally from Virginia, Kat has lived all over the world, including Scotland and Turkey, before proudly calling Tucson her home in 2004. When not in the office, Kat enjoys shopping, writing, camping and working with the children’s group at her church.
