San Antonio HOA Management
San Antonio isn’t a one-size-fits-all region; it’s an assortment of established neighborhoods, newer developments, and communities still being built, each needing something different from a management company. That’s where local experience makes the difference. AAM has managed community associations for 35+ years, with a dedicated San Antonio office at the center of the region. Our team of professionals manages 25 communities across the region, from established neighborhoods in Helotes and Fair Oaks Ranch to growing communities in New Braunfels and Boerne, serving single-family HOAs, onsite active adult communities, and condominium associations across the greater metro area.
Whether your association is a master-planned community, a newly built HOA still transitioning from the developer, or an established subdivision, AAM tailors every management plan to fit your community’s governing documents, budget, and goals. We’re not a one-size-fits-all operation; we’re your local partner, backed by national-grade infrastructure and led by Rob Lewis, our Regional Vice President with more than 15 years of industry experience and 8 years with AAM.
For HOA Board Members, that means less time chasing down vendors, tracking violation photos, or reconciling bank statements, and more time focused on what actually matters: building a community your residents are proud to call home.

Rob Lewis
Regional Vice President
As a United States Air Force Veteran and former independent business owner, Rob Lewis brings over 15 years of professional community management experience to his leadership role at AAM. He joined the AAM team in 2018 as a Community Manager, overseeing an extensive portfolio of large-scale communities, and quickly distinguished himself through his excellent communication skills and strong ability to identify, evaluate, and resolve complex challenges.
Following his successful tenure as Vice President of the Peoria Office, Rob was appointed Regional Vice President of the Texas Region in January 2026 and is now based out of AAM’s San Antonio office. In this role, he continues to support communities by guiding teams, strengthening operations, and helping Boards achieve their long-term objectives.
Rob is passionate about assisting communities in overcoming challenges and reaching their goals. He is known for building strong, collaborative relationships with Boards and community members by sharing his industry experience and education. Throughout his career, Rob has consistently helped Boards enhance their communities while maintaining and improving property values.
For single-family communities, AAM keeps neighborhoods running smoothly and looking their best. Our team manages every layer of community upkeep from consistent, fair covenant enforcement to proactive common-area maintenance, including landscaping, amenities, entryways, and shared infrastructure, so your neighborhood continues to reflect the pride residents took in it from day one.
Financial stewardship is at the core of what we do. We support the accounting and financial needs of all of our associations. AAM has partnered with various associations to implement financial operating models that provide strong controls, increased efficiency, enhanced tools, customized reporting, strategic analysis, and expert financial support. Board Members get the reporting and tools to make confident decisions, backed by a financial infrastructure built for accountability and long-term stability.
Homeowners benefit just as directly. They get responsive local support, a dedicated customer service team ready to assist with day-to-day questions and requests, and with AAM All Access, homeowners also have a self-service resource available anytime. The result is a neighborhood that runs predictably, looks its best year-round, and is governed by a Board that has the financial confidence and operational support to lead effectively.

Why HOA Boards Choose AAM
You didn’t volunteer to spend your weekends managing vendors, fielding neighbor complaints, or waiting on a management company that never calls back. You volunteered because you care about where you live.
Board Members choose AAM because we show up with a community manager who knows your community, real-time financial visibility through BoardVue, a homeowner app that stops the late-night texts to your personal phone, and a team that knows this market: the vendors, the climate, the Texas HOA statutes, and what good governance looks like in this region.
When you choose AAM, you choose a partner you can defend to your community. Because this decision isn’t just about your Board, it’s about every homeowner who trusted you to make it.
