Texas Leadership
Samantha J. Fitzpatrick, CMCA, Regional Vice President, joined the AAM Texas team in early 2017 as an Area Manager, was promoted to Regional Director in March 2018, and then promoted to Regional Vice President of Texas Operations in January 2020. In December 2021, AAM acquired CMS (Community Management Services) in Indianapolis, Indiana, and Samantha was promoted to Regional Vice President of AAM’s Indiana Division. In early 2025, Samantha was promoted to Regional Vice President and is now based at AAM’s corporate office in Tempe, AZ, where she oversees operations in Indiana, Texas, and a select portfolio of large master-planned communities within the Phoenix metropolitan area. With 30 years of Community Association Management Expertise, having worked in four states, she specializes in the development, management, and redevelopment of community associations, as well as team mentorship and development.
Samantha has extensive experience assisting Developers with the complete set-up of newly constructed communities, including drafting of all association-related documents, policies, and procedures. She held the position of HOA Liaison for a large Developer in their Southern California Division, where she served as Board President for over a dozen newly developed communities throughout Southern California’s Orange, Los Angeles, and Ventura Counties. This experience has provided Samantha with a wealth of knowledge that enables her to understand all aspects of the Community Association Industry, having served as both a Board Member and Community Manager.
Samantha currently serves as the Secretary on the CAI Indiana Chapter Board of Directors. Her volunteer leadership spans multiple chapters from 2004 -2024, including various roles on the Education, Expo and Programs Committees in Indiana, Texas and California. As an industry educator, she regularly instructs Board Members and Managers. Samantha brings deep passion, experience, and leadership to every aspect of Community Association Management.
