In 2014, AAM followed a large developer client and established our Detroit area office in Grand Blanc, Michigan. Our MI office was opened by a seasoned AAM employee excited to bring AAM’s dedication to delivering total peace of mind to the Detroit area. Since then, we have continued to expand and grow our operations as more and more Associations in Michigan have learned about the AAM difference and chosen to join the AAM family. We offer a wide array of professional services to handle every need of an HOA, from answering homeowner questions, collecting assessments, overseeing operations to providing support to homeowners and Associations in the Detroit/ Grand Blanc area. Our local offices mean AAM Community Managers spend less time driving TO their communities and more time walking THROUGH their communities.

In Michigan, our one goal...Deliver Total Peace of Mind Through:

As a client of AAM, the Board maintains control of all decision making without having to do the research and legwork. Our well-versed and experienced Community Managers are industry experts that will provide the specific information and recommendations you will need for constructive, strategic decision making.

As a true HOA partner of our clients, we pledge to provide personal service with honesty and integrity in all aspects of our business. Clear, precise and consistent communication is how we are capable of fostering the relationships necessary to manage your community. In addition to frequency, it is AAM’s policy that all emails and phone calls are returned within 24-48 business hours; because timely responsiveness is our priority.

It is important as a Management company to operate under full transparency; this is what has been the foundation of our success. We have created processes and procedures, along with outside certifications, to develop the desired structure for managing our associations.

A few examples of our dedication to transparency:

BoardVue™ is a proprietary software created by our IT department that provides full clarity of how your HOA is being managed. This web-based platform gives Board members real-time access to their association’s records, reports, and project tasks.

These are a few ways AAM goes above and beyond to deliver peace of mind to our clients.

Our Community Managers don't manage from behind their desk nor do they act alone. Your community will benefit from extensive corporate resources that allow your Community Manager to apply hands-on management to your association. This collaborative model has been designed to allow everyone to feel a sense of ownership in managing your community, making AAM a true HOA partner.
