Jody Roman
Regional Director
Jody has dedicated nearly 40 years of her career specializing in customer service, making her exceptionally qualified to serve in the Community Management industry. Over the last 18 years in the industry, she has managed all types of Community Associations, including single family, condominiums and high-rises. She joined AAM in June 2015 and was quickly promoted to the position of Regional Director of New Mexico Operations in April 2016.
Jody holds her CMCA (Certified Manager of Community Associations) and AMS (Association Management Specialist) designations from CAI.

Laura Hayes
Area Manager
Laura Hayes brings over a decade of community management experience to her role at AAM, where she has served since 2018. With a background in both portfolio and onsite management, Laura is known for her strong operational leadership and ability to foster engaged, thriving communities. Her expertise spans single-family homes, condominiums, and master-planned developments, including properties with over 1,800 homes and robust amenity programs.
Prior to joining AAM, Laura worked as a Legal Assistant at Hunt and Davis, where she supported litigation processes and coordinated complex case management across state and federal courts. This legal background sharpened her attention to detail and strengthened her communication skills—qualities she brings into her current leadership and client relations work.
Laura holds her CMCA through CAI and M-100 certifications and has successfully managed operations for multiple communities ranging from 100 to 500 homes. Her responsibilities have included budgeting, vendor management, capital improvement coordination, staff supervision, and resident communications. Whether serving as the primary point of contact onsite or juggling a diverse portfolio, she is recognized for building trust through thoughtful, responsive service.
