Matt Baeslack brings over 10 years of management experience to his role as Community Manager, with a background spanning restaurant operations, NASA outreach logistics, route sales, and leadership in the U.S. Army National Guard. Though relatively new to HOA management.

Matt’s diverse experience gives him a well-rounded foundation in team leadership, vendor management, budgeting, and community-focused communication.

Previously, Matt served as Community Manager at Del Webb Hickory Greens in Columbia Station, Ohio, and holds a Bachelor of Arts in Organizational Leadership from Cleveland State University.

A Cleveland native, Matt was drawn to HOA management for its real-world problem-solving and the opportunity to directly improve residents’ quality of life. He thrives on the variety and hands-on nature of the work, and believes his diverse professional background is one of his greatest strengths in the field.
