Senior Regional Director
Leah Messmore brings over 24 years of extensive experience in community management to AAM. With her entire career dedicated to the industry, Leah has served in various roles, including Community Manager and Regional Manager. She joined AAM in September 2024 as a Regional Manager and was quickly promoted to Senior Regional Director later that same year. In her current role, Leah leads our Fort Wayne office, overseeing a team of 65 talented professionals and managing a portfolio of 125 communities. Her commitment to operational excellence and proven leadership abilities have been integral to her success in this key position.
With a degree in Marketing, Leah has also obtained her CMCA, AMS, and prestigious PCAM designations through the Community Associations Institute (CAI).
