Your Trusted HOA Management Partner

Fort Wayne isn’t one HOA market; it’s established neighborhoods in Aboite Township and Southwood Park where boards are managing mature infrastructure and long-settled covenants, new-construction growth pushing north through Huntertown and Northwest Allen County, and still-being-built communities downtown around North River District and Electric Works. Each stage needs something different from a management company.

That’s where local experience matters. AAM has managed community associations for 35+ years, with a Fort Wayne office serving as the region’s hub. Our Fort Wayne-based team of 6 professionals manages 34 communities across the city and as far out as South Bend.

Whether your association is a master-planned community with mature reserve needs, a newly built HOA still transitioning off the developer in a growth corridor like Huntertown, or an established subdivision closer to the city core, AAM tailors every management plan to your governing documents, budget, and goals. We’re not a one-size-fits-all operation; we’re your local partner, backed by national-grade infrastructure.

For HOA board members, that means less time chasing down vendors before the next snow event, tracking violation photos, or reconciling bank statements, and more time on what actually matters: building a community your residents are proud to call home.

For single-family communities, AAM keeps neighborhoods running smoothly and looking their best. Our team manages every layer of community upkeep from consistent, fair covenant enforcement to proactive common-area maintenance, including landscaping, amenities, entryways, and shared infrastructure, so your neighborhood continues to reflect the pride residents took in it from day one.

Financial stewardship is at the core of what we do. We support the accounting and financial needs of all of our associations. AAM has partnered with various associations to implement financial operating models that provide strong controls, increased efficiency, enhanced tools, customized reporting, strategic analysis, and expert financial support. Board Members get the reporting and tools to make confident decisions, backed by a financial infrastructure built for accountability and long-term stability.

Homeowners benefit just as directly. They get responsive local support, a dedicated customer service team ready to assist with day-to-day questions and requests, and with AAM All Access, homeowners also have a self-service resource available anytime. The result is a neighborhood that runs predictably, looks its best year-round, and is governed by a Board that has the financial confidence and operational support to lead effectively.

Why HOA Boards Choose AAM

You didn’t volunteer to spend your weekends managing vendors, fielding neighbor complaints, or waiting on a management company that never calls back. You volunteered because you care about where you live.

Board Members choose AAM because we show up with a community manager who knows your community, real-time financial visibility through BoardVue, a homeowner app that stops the late-night texts to your personal phone, and a team that knows this market: the vendors, the climate, the Indiana HOA statutes, and what good governance looks like in this region.

When you choose AAM, you choose a partner you can defend to your community. Because this decision isn’t just about your Board, it’s about every homeowner who trusted you to make it.

The team at AAM is always professional and well prepared. You can tell they really care about the communities, residents, and homebuilders. I recommend AAM to anybody who asks me about HOA management companies.
