Q: Where do I send my payments?
A: Payments can be mailed to Mutual of Omaha Bank: PO Box 60246 Phoenix, AZ 85082-0246. Please include your account number on your check.
Q: Has anything changed with how I send in my Arcs, CC&R or maintenance requests?
A: No. You will continue to email or mail Architectural requests, CC&R appeals and maintenance requests to our office.
Q: Has your mailing address changed?
A: Yes, our mailing address is now 7600 N. 16th St., Suite 210, Phoenix, AZ 85020
Q: Will the rules of our community change?
A: No, the rules and policies will remain the same. If the Board determines that changes are necessary, those will all be communicated to each homeowner by the Board of Directors.
