Leah Messmore

Senior Regional Director

Leah Messmore brings over 24 years of extensive experience in community management to AAM. With her entire career dedicated to the industry, Leah has served in various roles, including Community Manager and Regional Manager. She joined AAM in September 2024 as a Regional Manager and was quickly promoted to Senior Regional Director later that same year. In her current role, Leah leads our Indianapolis office, overseeing a team of 65 talented professionals and managing a portfolio of 125 communities. Her commitment to operational excellence and proven leadership abilities have been integral to her success in this key position.

With a degree in Marketing, Leah has also obtained her CMCA, AMS, and prestigious PCAM designations through the Community Associations Institute (CAI).

RaeAnna Rushton

Regional Director

With a strong background in financial management, budgeting, client relations, vendor oversight, and team leadership, RaeAnna Rushton oversees a portfolio of community associations, providing strategic direction and support to her team of Community Managers. Known for her open-door leadership style, RaeAnna fosters collaboration and team cohesion, driving both operational efficiency and professional growth.

Alexis Tellis

Sr. Regional Director of Developer Services

With more than two decades of proven expertise in the community management industry, Alexis Tellis has built a distinguished career at AAM. Since joining AAM six years ago, Alexis has advanced into senior leadership through her dedication to operational excellence, strategic planning, mentorship, and client service. She has held a variety of leadership roles, including Onsite Community Manager, Regional Director of Developer Services for Indiana, and now serves as the Senior Regional Director of Developer Services.

In this capacity, Alexis directs the Developer Services team across the Region, guiding a group of highly skilled professionals responsible for a portfolio of over 50 developing communities. Her focus on driving efficiency, fostering collaboration, and maintaining strong partnerships with developer clients, Board of Directors, and Stakeholders has been key to advancing AAM’s growth and long-term success in the region.

David Marsh

Area Manager

David Marsh brings nearly five years of property management experience to AAM, overseeing a diverse portfolio of communities across the Indianapolis metropolitan area, including condominiums, townhomes, 55+ communities, and single-family associations.

Before community management, David developed strong client relationship skills through sales roles in insurance and freight brokering. He holds a Bachelor's Degree in Rhetoric with a Minor in Business from Wabash College and is known as a collaborative leader who enjoys mentoring others.
