Regional Leadership
As a United States Air Force Veteran and former independent business owner, Rob brings with him over 15 years of professional community management experience. He joined the AAM team in 2018 as a Community Manager, overseeing an extensive portfolio of large-scale communities. His excellent communication skills, as well as his unmatched ability to identify, evaluate, and seek solutions to challenging situations made him a great candidate for the position of Regional Vice President. Rob is passionate about assisting communities in overcoming their objectives and helping them reach their goals. He enjoys building relationships with both the Boards and community members he serves by sharing with them his industry experience and education. Over the years, Rob has proven to be successful at assisting Boards in improving their communities and helping maintain property values.
Rob studied Business Law & Management from Baylor University and holds the CAAM (Certified Arizona Association Manager) designation from AACM (Arizona Association of Community Managers).
