Joining the AAM family in 2016, Monyka Barnhart has nearly ten years of community management experience. With a passion for helping others and the community association management industry, ability to train colleagues on AAM’s processes and procedures and delivering exceptional customer service, Monyka is a strong asset to both AAM and her community partners. With extensive experience as a Community Manager and Area Manager, Monkya was appointed as AAM’s Director of Central Valley Operations in 2024, primarily consisting of Associations in Phoenix, Scottsdale and the Cave Creek/Carefree area.
Monkya earned a Bachelor of Business Administration from Central Arkansas University and has also obtained her Certified Arizona Association Manager (CAAM) designation through the Arizona Association of Community Managers (AACM).
