Prescotts's Choice for Association Management
Serving Prescott Communities for Over 24 Years. AAM has been managing homeowner associations in the Prescott area since 2002, long before the market's rapid growth reshaped the region. Today, our local team of five dedicated specialists manages 15 communities representing more than 5,000 Prescott-area homes, including Prescott Valley, Dewey-Humboldt, Sedona, and Camp Verde. We're not a call center. When you reach out, you reach us.
What Prescott HOA Boards Actually Need
Prescott’s HOA landscape is distinct from the metro markets. Boards here tend to be highly engaged, knowledgeable, hands-on, and unwilling to settle for a management company that runs on autopilot. That’s exactly the kind of board AAM is built to support.
The challenges we hear most from Prescott-area boards:
-
- Financial accuracy and accountability — precise expense coding, clear investment direction (including CD management), and accounting that follows the board’s instructions — not the other way around
-
- Infrastructure planning — from irrigation and erosion projects to reserve study coordination, our team supports the full lifecycle of capital planning
-
- Vendor management — reliable contractor relationships and oversight in a market where qualified vendors are limited
-
- Responsive resident communication — timely acknowledgment of homeowner needs, not tickets that disappear
-
- Paperless billing and modern portal access — a resident-facing platform that’s actually easy to use and kept current
