North Carolina Leadership
Vicki Sears is an over 30-year real estate industry veteran. She joined AAM in 1998 and has served as a Portfolio Manager, Onsite Manager, the company’s Training Manager, an Area Manager, the Vice President of Customer Service, and, most recently, the Senior Vice President of Regional Community Management. Vicki is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our on-site and portfolio communities for the Southeastern Coastal Division.
Vicki’s professional journey reflects a strong foundation in customer service, property operations, and transitioning communities. Before joining AAM, she held various roles in retail and hospitality, including Assistant Manager at Walmart, Office Manager and Property Manager at Century 21 Cox Realty, and HOA Manager with Cuellar Realty Services. Her early leadership in guest services and property oversight at Fairfield Flagstaff Timeshare Resort laid the groundwork for her long-standing success in homeowner association management.
Vicki holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Fashion Merchandising with a minor in Business Management and maintains her CAAM through AACM, as well as AMS and PCAM from CAI. She was also a recipient of the CAI Rising Star Award, recognizing her commitment and contributions to the industry.
