Bringing with him over 20 years of property management experience, he has expertise in managing a wide array of properties, including malls, retail centers, commercial properties, warehouses, medical office buildings, and high-rise condominiums. Given his vast community management knowledge, passion for the industry, and ability to build lasting client partnerships, he was quickly promoted from Community Manager to Area Manager to Regional Director, and most recently to Vice President of Tempe Operations. Tom is a Certified Arizona Association Manager (CAAM) through the Arizona Association of Community Managers (AACM) and has also been nominated for their coveted GEM (Guided Excellence in Management) Award.
