Pam Holloway

Regional Director

Joining the AAM team in 2019, Pam Holloway is a seasoned leader with more than 30 years of experience working with master-planned communities. Recently promoted to Regional Director, Pam brings a deep understanding of onsite community operations and is expanding her expertise into portfolio management. Before joining AAM, Pam held leadership roles in fitness and lifestyle programming, including 12 years as Athletic and Activities Director at Talking Rock in Prescott, Arizona; 6 years as Athletic Club Director at Anthem Country Club in Henderson, Nevada; and 5 years as Fitness Director at Terravita Golf and Country Club in Scottsdale, Arizona. Her background has given her a unique skill set in member engagement, event coordination, and community wellness—skills that have been seamlessly translated into association management.

Since transitioning to community management, Pam has spent the last five years supporting onsite communities with a focus on resident experience, vendor coordination, and operational excellence. She holds the Certified Arizona Association Manager (CAAM) designation from AACM and earned her Bachelor of Science in Physical Education with an emphasis in Fitness and Wellness from the University of Iowa.

Nicole Brooks

Area Manager

Nicole Brooks brings nearly two decades of experience in community management, including a long-standing tenure with AAM, where she now serves as Area Manager of Northern Arizona Operations. Her career began in 2006 as an onsite front desk administrator for an AAM-managed community and held the roles of Lifestyle Director, Assistant Community Manager, and eventually Portfolio Community Manager, demonstrating both loyalty and a passion for long-term growth within the industry.

Since 2015, Nicole has managed a diverse range of communities and built a reputation for operational excellence, especially in working closely with developer clients and long-standing Boards. She is known for her organization, proactive communication, and problem-solving abilities, skills that have earned her trust and continued success in a field that thrives on flexibility and interpersonal connection.

Nicole earned her CAAM designation through AACM in 2017 and regularly completes continuing education to remain current in best practices and legal updates. She also holds a degree in General Education from Yavapai College/Northern Arizona University Connect.

Jeff Dixon

Regional Vice President

Jeff brings with him over 15 years of Professional Community Management experience. He joined AAM as a Portfolio Manager in 2005, after retiring from a 20-year career with the United States Air Force, as well as a successful career as an independent business owner. In 2007, he became the On-Site Community Manager for Trilogy at Vistancia, a position he held for the next 8 years. Jeff was again promoted in 2015 and moved to San Antonio to become the Vice President of AAM’s Texas Operations.

Upon moving back to Arizona in 2018, Jeff joined our On-Site Management Leadership Team as the Regional Vice President of On-Site Communities. Additionally, Jeff holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Management and Business, maintains his CAAM designation, and is a member of CAI.
