Rob Lewis

Regional Vice President

As a United States Air Force Veteran and former independent business owner, Rob Lewis brings over 15 years of professional community management experience to his leadership role at AAM. He joined the AAM team in 2018 as a Community Manager, overseeing an extensive portfolio of large-scale communities, and quickly distinguished himself through his excellent communication skills and strong ability to identify, evaluate, and resolve complex challenges.

Following his successful tenure as Vice President of the Peoria Office, Rob was appointed Regional Vice President of the Texas Region in January 2026 and is now based out of AAM’s San Antonio office. In this role, he continues to support communities by guiding teams, strengthening operations, and helping Boards achieve their long-term objectives.

Rob is passionate about assisting communities in overcoming challenges and reaching their goals. He is known for building strong, collaborative relationships with Boards and community members by sharing his industry experience and education. Throughout his career, Rob has consistently helped Boards enhance their communities while maintaining and improving property values.

Lisa McGlinn

Area Manager

Lisa McGlinn brings over 14 years of combined experience in property management to her role as Area Manager at AAM. Her background includes managing tax credit, conventional, and commercial portfolios. Since transitioning to HOA management and joining the AAM team in 2025, she now provides leadership and operational support across multiple communities. Known for her client-focused approach and commitment to service excellence, Lisa leverages her experience managing diverse portfolios to deliver strategic guidance and reliable support to both internal teams and Board leadership.

Prior to entering the community management industry, Lisa spent 13 years supporting several school districts, contributing to student services, administrative coordination, and campus operations. Her dedication to education and community support helped develop the communication and stakeholder engagement skills that continue to shape her collaborative leadership style today.

Lisa was drawn to HOA management by the opportunity to grow within a familiar industry while embracing new challenges. She is passionate about creating strong relationships, supporting well-operated communities, and delivering thoughtful, solutions-focused service.

Originally from Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, Lisa has lived in Texas for more than 30 years. Outside of work, she enjoys crafting, gardening, photography, and caring for farm animals, while also supporting local shelters through dog fostering and transport.
