Samantha Fitzpatrick

Regional Vice President

Samantha J. Fitzpatrick, CMCA, Regional Vice President, joined the AAM Texas team in early 2017 as an Area Manager, was promoted to Regional Director in March 2018, then promoted to Regional Vice President of Texas Operations in January 2020. In December 2021, AAM acquired CMS (Community Management Services) in Indianapolis, Indiana and Samantha was promoted to Regional Vice President of AAM’s Indiana Division. In early 2022, Samantha relocated to Indianapolis, Indiana where she was responsible for the overall Indiana operations and team. In early 2025, Samantha was promoted to Regional Vice President and is now based out of AAM's corporate office in Tempe, AZ, where she oversees the operations in Indiana, Texas and a select portfolio of large master-planned communities within the Phoenix metropolitan area. With almost 30 years of Community Association Management Expertise, having worked in 4 states, she specializes in the development, management and re-development of Community Associations and team mentorship and development.

Samantha has extensive experience assisting Developers with the complete set-up of newly constructed communities, including drafting of all Association related documents, policies, and procedures. She held the position of HOA Liaison for a large Developer in their Southern California Division where she served as Board President for over a dozen newly developed communities throughout Southern California’s Orange, Los Angeles and Ventura Counties. This experience has provided Samantha with a wealth of knowledge that assists her in understanding all aspects of the Community Association Industry having served as both a Board Member and Community Manager.

Samantha currently serves as the Secretary on the CAI Indiana Chapter Board of Directors. Her volunteer leadership spans multiple chapters from 2004 -2024, including various roles on the Education, Expo and Programs Committees in Indiana, Texas and California. As an industry educator, she regularly instructs Board Members and Managers. Samantha brings deep passion, experience, and leadership to every aspect of Community Association Management.
