Tom leads AAM’s Tempe operations and supports HOA communities throughout Tempe, Ahwatukee, and Maricopa. With over 15 years of property and community management experience, he provides operational oversight, financial accountability, and structured leadership for associations of varying sizes.
As a Certified Arizona Association Manager (CAAM), Tom understands the governance responsibilities boards carry and works closely with management teams to ensure communities operate transparently and efficiently.
His focus is long-term stability, consistent service delivery, and strong local relationships that support well-managed associations.
