Fee Transparency — What AAM's Management Includes
Unlike management companies that charge a base fee and layer administration charges on top, AAM structures proposals around your community’s actual size and service needs.
Every AAM proposal includes a clear breakdown of:
- Base management fee
- Accounting and financial reporting
- Technology platform access (BoardVue + AAM All Access)
- Compliance and violation processing
- Meeting attendance and board support
No surprises. No line items you didn’t agree to.

Led by a Veteran
San Antonio is home to more than 250,000 active duty military members, veterans, and their families, the highest concentration of any major U.S. city. It’s a community that expects precision, accountability, and straight answers.
When your community is majority veteran-owned, the management company you choose should understand that culture, not just serve it.
AAM provides full-service homeowner association management that simplifies operations, strengthens communities, and delivers results your Board can see.
We combine the responsiveness of a local team with the tools and infrastructure of a national leader, including proprietary technology no other New Mexico management company can offer.
