Texas Leadership
Bringing with her 30+ years of experience in commercial property management and more than 12 years in community management, Karen joined the AAM family in 2018 as an Area Manager. Prior to AAM, Karen held a variety of leadership roles that contributed to her extensive expertise in the field, including Senior Property Manager, Real Estate Management Consultant, and Vice President of Nashville Division for another HOA management company.
Promoted in early 2022, Karen serves as the Regional Director for AAM’s Texas Operations, where she is responsible for promoting AAM’s management services to new clients in San Antonio and the surrounding areas, as well as overseeing the daily operations of our portfolio of properties in the region.
Karen holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from the University of Texas and, since 1993, she holds a Real Estate License in Texas and Tennessee.
