Fee Transparency — What AAM's Management Includes
Unlike management companies that charge a base fee and layer administration charges on top, AAM structures proposals around your community’s actual size and service needs.
Every AAM proposal includes a clear breakdown of:
- Base management fee
- Accounting and financial reporting
- Technology platform access (BoardVue + AAM All Access)
- Compliance and violation processing
- Meeting attendance and board support
No surprises. No line items you didn’t agree to.

FAQ— HOA Management in San Antonio
- How does AAM help communities struggling with board recruitment? We reduce the operational load on individual board members through better technology, clearer processes, and proactive communication — making board service less overwhelming. We also provide orientation and training for new board members, so the learning curve doesn’t deter qualified residents from stepping up.
- What is AAM’s service area in South Texas? Our San Antonio office serves communities from the Hill Country to the southern suburbs, including New Braunfels, Boerne, Helotes, Fair Oaks Ranch, Schertz, and Somerset. And now word of mouth has us extending into Houston.
- What does this actually cost, all in? Fee transparency is one of the most common concerns we hear from San Antonio boards evaluating management companies. AAM provides a clear, itemized proposal with no hidden administration fees layered on top of base management costs. You’ll know exactly what you’re paying for before you sign anything.
- We want to make sure we’re choosing the right company. Due diligence is the right approach. AAM welcomes it. We’ll walk you through our full management model, introduce you to your local team, show you our technology platforms, and provide references from communities similar to yours, before you make any commitment.
