Carolynn Zimmerman

Regional Vice President

Carolynn joined the AAM family in 2014 and has since become a cornerstone of leadership and excellence within the organization. Her journey is a testament to her dedication, strategic insight, and exceptional management capabilities.

Beginning her career with AAM as a member of the support staff, Carolynn quickly distinguished herself through her work ethic and leadership potential. She was promoted to Community Manager in 2016, advanced to Area Manager in 2019, and continued her upward trajectory as she assumed the role of Regional Director in 2021. In 2024, she was appointed Regional Vice President of the Michigan Division.

Based in our Southgate office, Carolynn now leads and supports a dynamic team of Community Managers across Michigan. Her leadership ensures operational excellence, client satisfaction, and a strong team culture throughout the region.

Carolynn holds both the CMCA® (Certified Manager of Community Associations) and AMS® (Association Management Specialist) designations. She is also an active member of the Community Associations Institute, reflecting her commitment to ongoing professional development and industry engagement.

Greg Mesenburg

Area Manager

With over 30 years of leadership and operational experience, Greg Mesenburg has been a valued member of the AAM team since 2016. As one of AAM’s Area Managers, Greg draws on his broad background in customer service and property oversight to support the communities he serves.

Before joining AAM, Greg spent 20 years with Hyatt Hotels, working across 10 different states and advancing through various operational departments, from Housekeeping to General Manager. His last six years in hospitality were spent managing Hyatt’s timeshare resorts in California, Texas, and Florida—experience that provided a strong foundation for his transition into community management.

Greg holds a Bachelor of Science in Hospitality Management and is known for his well-rounded operational knowledge. He particularly enjoys educating Boards and helping them make informed decisions that benefit their communities.
