HOA Experts
If your board is dealing with slow response times, reports that are hard to decipher, or a manager stretched too thin, you’re not alone. That’s the most common reason boards call us.
AAM doesn’t fix it by being bigger. We fix it by being structured differently: a dedicated local team, credentialed leadership, and technology that keeps boards informed without requiring them to chase anyone down.
Full-Service HOA Management Built Around Your Community
AAM manages single-family neighborhoods, condominiums, active adult, and master-planned communities across Indianapolis and Central Indiana. Every engagement is scoped to your community’s size, structure, and governance needs, not a default contract.

Technology Your Board Will Use From Day One
Most management companies mention software. AAM built its platforms specifically for community associations.
BoardVue is our board governance platform. AAM All Access is the homeowner portal.

Why Boards Choose AAM
Local management companies often compete on longevity and relationships. That matters, but it’s not the whole picture.
What boards tell us they actually need:
- Credentials, not just experience. Tenure in the industry is valuable. PCAM certification means that experience has been tested and verified. Our Indianapolis leadership carries the field’s highest credentials.
- Technology that works for boards, not just managers. Smaller firms often rely on general-purpose tools or manual processes. BoardVue and AAM All Access were built for HOA governance specifically, not adapted from apartment management software.
- A team, not a manager. When your community manager is out, you shouldn’t lose continuity. AAM’s 65-person Indianapolis team means there’s always someone who knows your community and can cover critical needs.
- Scale without losing the local. AAM operates nationally but manages locally. You get the resources of an established company, support, accounting infrastructure, and technology, without being handed off to a call center.
Tell us about your association. Leah’s team reviews every proposal request personally and follows up within one business day.
