Regional Vice President
Kim leads AAM’s Peoria and Northwest Valley operations, supporting HOA communities with experienced oversight, financial stewardship, and long-term planning guidance. With more than 34 years of property and association management experience, including over a decade with AAM, she brings steady leadership to both growing master-planned communities and established associations.
Kim works closely with HOA boards to strengthen budgeting practices, oversee vendor relationships, and guide communities through periods of expansion and transition. Her experience includes supporting newly developed neighborhoods from build-out through stabilization, as well as mature communities focused on reserve planning and long-term maintenance strategies.
As a Certified Arizona Association Manager (CAAM), Kim understands the governance responsibilities boards carry and emphasizes structured processes, transparent reporting, and consistent communication across every community she supports.
