1. Initial Review: Alex Vasquez, our Director of Client Services, will personally review your request and reach out via phone call to better understand your community’s needs, priorities, and immediate challenges.
2. Site Inspection: Alex will schedule time to tour your community to assess the HOA’s maintenance obligations and common areas.
3. Internal Review: After we’ve connected, our team will review our internal bandwidth, staff allocations, and develop a transition plan to prepare a tailored proposal that aligns with your goals and expectations.
4. Proposal Delivery: Alex will deliver AAM’s management proposal along with supplemental resources for the board’s review and consideration.
