From humble beginnings, AAM has grown into one of the largest HOA management companies in the United States. AAM’s story began in 1990 in Arizona when it was founded by Laura Ziff, AAM’s CEO, who saw a need to raise the bar in HOA Management. Her strong background in real estate, finance and customer service gave AAM the solid foundation to consistently provide professional, community driven association management.
Today, AAM manages over 775 homeowners associations spread across eleven states and employs over 718 professionals. With the same core principles guiding us today, AAM is dedicated to delivering total peace of mind by giving communities the very best management experience, with a focus on customer service, communication, and technology.
